It's no secret that more and more successful business men and women are using the skills of intuitives. Yoga is a formula for alignment of body, speech and mind with the infinite and all present body, speech and mind of God/Creation/Universal Intelligence of whatever term you feel comfortable with. The relaxation and physical fitness are the side effects of Yoga practice and not the goal. Yoga Asana provides alignment for the physical manifestation of God/Creation.
Yoga Pranayama is the means by which the human being crosses the bridge to the spirit; connecting the physical manifestation with the etheric body of God/Creation. Yoga Meditation is the most direct connection to the no-mind of God/Creation
Sacred Alignment is the use of Yoga in its entirety as a healing medium. During sessions, a combination of the above techniques are used, including hands on adjustments to bring your body, emotions and spirit back into aligned balance.
The secret of staying young lies in our ability to access and utilise pranic energy. Prana is the underlying life force that animates all things. PRANAYAMA MEDITATION
Prana is the vital energy that animates all living things, without which we would not survive. We absorb this vital energy through food, environment but the most potent medium for this vital force is our breath. Pranayama is the practise of controlling the prana through the breath. Practising Pranayama regularly has many incredible benefits. For a short practice of just 15 minutes a day you will:

Most human anxieties come from thoughts rather than what is really happening. It is our interpretation of events that create stress. We have many fixed ideas about what is ‘right’ and ‘wrong’; what ‘should or shouldn't’ happen; what is ‘good’ and what is ‘bad’ etc. When these ideas are challenged by life, we become upset and anxious. The way round this is never to change the externals – this might create satisfaction for a short while but then things will change again. The way to peace of mind is always to change our perception.
Meditation is a precise skill that anyone can learn. It is used for resting the thought waves of the mind and reveals a state of being that is totally different from our ‘normal’ waking state. Meditation is not a part of any religion; it is a science, which means that there is an ordered process of meditation which produces verifiable results.
In meditation, the mind is clear, relaxed, and inwardly focused. When you meditate, you are fully awake and alert, but your mind is not absorbed in the external world or on the events taking place around you. Meditation requires intense inner focus, which in turn reveals an inner state that is still. This is your authentic state and is present in everyone.
During a meditation session you will learn techniques that will help you strengthen and maintain focus, as well as skills for relaxing the body and mind. Meditation always improves with regular practice; its key words being ‘patience and perseverance’.
HYPNOSIS HEALING TEMPLE
It is said that all hypnosis is self hypnosis and in fact, we go into hypnosis naturally and many times naturally throughout the day without realising it; for example when driving or watching T.V. The difference is that hypnotherapy is conscious therapeutic communication with the subconscious mind while you are in a relaxed state; and when something is conscious you have a greater degree of control than when you are not aware.
Hypnotherapy can help with many issues by re-programming the subconscious mind so that we can break our debilitating and addictive patterns. 90% of our actions come from the subconscious mind which is the main why we find it so hard to break habits; even when we think we really want to. All too often we find ourselves repeating the behaviour in spite of ourselves. This is where Hypnosis can help because it bypasses the conscious thinking mind and goes straight to the root of the problem.

In this deep letting go, all tension is released from a deep place inside leaving room for mental, emotional or physical toxins to arise to the surface and be cleared.

On a one to one level, the power of directed, intentional speech can have an even more potent effect: This is the purpose of verbal coaching. With correct focus and intention, the spoken words become anchored into the psyche and flower into wisdom at the appropriate time. I call the technique of implanting energetic words and phrases into the mind 'seeding' or 'imprinting'.
The practice of sowing seeds is never wasted as seeds will always always sprout at their appointed moment. The process of flowering is not so much dependent on time as on conditions.

This is a very specialised, intensive session that uses deep relaxation, and focused inner visualisation techniques to dissolve and release deep- seated imprints and emotional blocks from your system, in a controlled and safe environment.
